od of Teamsters in Washington, D.C. as a Business Representative. I negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements with Companies and also spend a great deal of time with Grievance handling. It's a very challenging job as you never know from one day to the next what may happen or who may be in trouble and needs you. When I am able to save someone's job or successfully handle a Grievance I feel like I have accomplished something positive. The tough part is when someone loses their job and there is nothing that can be done to help. I see every day how I am able to impact on someones life. It's a very great responsibility.
